Start a return

To request a return, complete the form below within 14 days of receiving your order. We will reply by email to confirm your request and send you the return instructions.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the piece arrives broken or we sent the wrong item. We refund the price of the product, and the original standard shipping cost if you return your whole order, to your original payment method once we receive and check it.

If your order arrived damaged, please use this form too and reply to our confirmation email with photos of the item and packaging within 72 hours of delivery.
