Shipping & returns

Pieces in stock are wrapped by hand and ship within 2 working days. We will email you with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands with a tracked courier. Delivery: mainland Spain 1–3 working days, Balearic Islands 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4.90 € for one or two cups. Free shipping from three cups.

Each piece is carefully packed to travel safely. If your order arrives damaged, email us at hola@studio517.es within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging and we will arrange a replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not available.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the piece arrives broken or we sent the wrong item. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the price of the product, and the original standard shipping cost if you return your whole order, to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you would like to exchange a piece for another colourway, submit the Start a return form and we will guide you through it by email, subject to availability.

Made-to-order or personalised pieces may be excluded from returns where the law allows.
