A few things worth knowing about our pieces, how they are released and how they reach you. If your question isn't here, write to hola@studio517.es — we read every message.
What is a Batch?
We release our pieces in numbered batches. Batch 01 of the WINDY CUP is limited to 150 cups across twelve colourways. When a colourway sells out, it is gone until the next batch — join the list on its page and we will write to you when Batch 02 is ready.
Are the pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is designed in our studio in Barcelona and shaped, glazed and finished by hand. No two are exactly alike: small differences in colour, glaze, weight and surface are part of the design, not flaws.
How long until my order arrives?
Pieces in stock are wrapped by hand and ship within 2 working days. Delivery takes 1–3 working days to mainland Spain and 3–5 working days to the Balearic Islands. You will receive an email with tracking the moment your order is on its way.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We currently ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping is 4.90 € for one or two cups and free from three cups. Delivery dates are estimates — once a parcel leaves us, the last stretch is in the carrier's hands.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the piece arrives broken or we sent the wrong item. To begin, head to our Start a return page.
What if my piece arrives broken?
Every order is packed with care, but accidents in transit can happen. If your piece arrives damaged, email us at hola@studio517.es within 72 hours with a photo of the piece and the packaging and we will replace it — or refund it if it cannot be replaced.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, the WINDY CUP is dishwasher safe. We recommend hand washing to keep the glaze at its best. It is not suitable for the microwave.
How do I care for my piece?
Wash by hand with warm water and a soft sponge when you can, and avoid sudden changes in temperature. Made to be used every day.
