All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Our pieces are released in limited batches, so stock is limited. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

Please review your order carefully before purchase. We are not responsible for mistakes made at checkout, such as an incorrect shipping address or product selection.

Every piece is made by hand. Small variations in colour, glaze, size, texture and finish are part of the design of each object. These variations are not defects.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.

We currently ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping is 4.90 € for one or two cups and free from three cups. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

Ceramics are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hola@studio517.es within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not available.

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To do so, contact us by email before returning the item.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item arrives broken or we sent the wrong item. Once we receive and check the item, we will refund the price of the product, and the original standard shipping cost if you return your whole order, to your original payment method within 14 days.

Made-to-order or personalised pieces may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the law allows.

As required by Spanish law, products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for three years from delivery against any lack of conformity, such as a manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear, or the natural variations of handmade pieces described above.

Each piece is handmade stoneware. Dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand-washing to keep the glaze at its best. Avoid sudden changes in temperature.

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs and names, is the property of Studio 517 and is protected by intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio 517 is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or our products, and our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms & Policies are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU. Consumer disputes may also be submitted to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
